Fu Jinyu and Nalan Shisan, who were watching from a distance, both understood that feeling.

The World-Breaking Realm had once seemed impossibly far away to them. Yet with Xu Mu’s help, they had reached it so quickly.

Tong Guoguo herself could hardly believe it. Before meeting Xu Mu, she had always followed Wang Hun.

Back then, Wang Hun had told her that she was a genius, and that with the precious resources supplied by the Immortality Research Institute, she would probably need four or five years to reach the World-Breaking Realm if everything went well.

But since meeting Xu Mu, how much time had actually passed?

“All right. Your responsibilities will be heavier from now on. Remember to use the spirit stones you earn to purchase precious resources.”

Xu Mu smiled at Tong Guoguo.

“Okay.”

Tong Guoguo nodded firmly.

Xu Mu then turned toward Meng Wanyue and Dai Xingluo, who were both looking envious.

He took out another twenty pills. “Here. You two get some as well—ten each.”

Dai Xingluo’s beautiful eyes widened. A moment later, she broke into a smile. “Big Brother, I get some too? And ten all at once?”

Xu Mu handed the pills to Meng Wanyue and Dai Xingluo separately. “Take these ten pills at a rate of one every two days.”

“Xu Mu, did you find another batch of eighth- or ninth-grade precious resources?” Tong Guoguo asked from the side. “At their late Grandmaster level, sixth- and seventh-grade resources are practically useless, aren’t they?”

“Heh. Just consider them eighth- or ninth-grade resources.”

Xu Mu chuckled.

In truth, he had used sixth- and seventh-grade resources, along with a small amount of eighth-grade material from the outside world.

However, the divine artifact cauldron was simply too powerful, raising the medicinal effects by several grades.

After consuming these ten pills and combining them with daily combat practice, they should be able to reach the Grandmaster Perfection stage.

Meng Wanyue put the pills away. It seemed she would have to work harder at earning spirit stones as well.

“Big Brother, they both got some. What about me?”

Nalan Shisan suddenly spoke up from the side in a soft voice.

“You get nothing!” Fu Jinyu glanced coldly at Nalan Shisan. “Xu Mu helped you reach the World-Breaking Realm. What have you ever done for him?”

“Xu Mu can give you pills, but you’re not allowed to ask for them.”

What Fu Jinyu disliked most was Nalan Shisan’s shamelessness. In her eyes, every pill Xu Mu gave them represented a favor.

The more favors Nalan Shisan owed, the more uncomfortable Fu Jinyu felt.

“Oh, Sister Empress is quite the moralist.”

Nalan Shisan laughed from the side. “When Xu Mu gives you pills, I don’t see you refusing them. What a hypocrite.”

“You…”

Fu Jinyu clenched her fist and swung at her.

“All right!”

Xu Mu stepped forward and caught Fu Jinyu’s fist. “Now that you’ve reached the World-Breaking Realm, the precious resources you need are of a much higher grade. I’ll have to wait until I’ve accumulated enough treasures before I can refine pills for you.”

“I was only joking.”

Nalan Shisan gave a sheepish grin.

“I know.”

Xu Mu glanced at Nalan Shisan. “Actually, I still have some left. But after giving them to Sister Empress and Guoguo, there’s nothing left for you.”

When Tong Guoguo heard that, she kept her expression composed, but she was secretly delighted.

Fu Jinyu, meanwhile, shot Nalan Shisan a disdainful look. Crossing her arms, she said, “Know your place. Don’t overstep.”

“Tch!”

Nalan Shisan curled her lips. “Your position can always change. You’d better watch yourselves.”

“All right, enough.”

Xu Mu clapped his hands and turned his gaze toward Meng Wanyue and the others. “The three of you should continue earning spirit stones here. We were only passing through this time. Now that we’ve delivered the pills, we’re leaving.”

“Brother Mu, where are you headed?”

Meng Wanyue asked.

“We’re going to the Northern Nether Continent to take care of something. Stay here and focus on your work. We’re leaving now, so there’s no need to see us off.”

Xu Mu pulled the hood of his black robe back over his head.

Fu Jinyu and Nalan Shisan did the same.

After bidding them farewell, Xu Mu left the Sacred Battle Ground with the two women.

Nalan Shisan knew the location, so the three of them continued flying north.

After roughly two hours of flight, Xu Mu saw a vast continent appear on the distant horizon.

As they drew closer, the continent grew larger and larger, until it finally blocked out the entire sky.

Fu Jinyu was filled with astonishment. It was her first time witnessing such a sight. It was truly spectacular.

After flying a little farther, Nalan Shisan grabbed Xu Mu by the shoulder with one hand and began slowly descending.

Fu Jinyu stopped as well and asked, “What’s wrong?”

Nalan Shisan landed on the ground and set Xu Mu down before saying, “Did you think the Northern Nether Continent was just a place-name within the Azure Fox Continent? That you could simply fly there?”

She casually snapped off a branch from a nearby sapling and drew two circles on the ground.

“These two circles represent the two continents. You could run around one of them like an ant countless times, and you still wouldn’t reach the other.”

Xu Mu knew that Nalan Shisan was explaining things to him and Fu Jinyu.

Unfortunately, after his previous experience in that Divine Gods’ Battlefield, he already had a general understanding of the relationship between the continents and the landmasses.

“I see.”

Fu Jinyu nodded to herself. “So we’re supposed to fly upward?”

“Exactly. You’re a quick learner.”

Nalan Shisan nodded calmly.

Xu Mu looked at Fu Jinyu and Nalan Shisan. Both of them were so eager to teach others. He wondered whether he would ever get the chance to be taught by both of them together in the future.

“Did you understand?” Nalan Shisan glanced at Xu Mu.

“I did, but I have a question.”

Xu Mu took the branch from Nalan Shisan. A meter away from the two circles, he drew another one on the ground.

“For example, if that’s the Northern Nether Continent, and this one is the Hetu Continent, can we fly there?”

“Yes, but you’d need to be at least Rank Seven,” Nalan Shisan explained. “The two continents are too far apart, and there’s only vacuum between them. Only Rank Seven experts can withstand the conditions of outer space.

“If you’re below Rank Seven, you’d better obediently use the outside world as a transfer point.”

“I see.”

Xu Mu nodded lightly.

“All right. Now that you understand, let’s go up.”

Nalan Shisan grabbed Xu Mu by the shoulder and flew toward the sky.

Fu Jinyu followed close beside them.

Xu Mu sighed inwardly. Being able to fly really was convenient. There was no need to hop around or calculate distances.

The three of them continued flying higher and higher. Once they reached the Northern Nether Continent’s gravitational range, they were pulled upward.

At a great altitude, all three of them adjusted their bodies at the same time and began falling downward.

Just before reaching the ground, Nalan Shisan and Fu Jinyu resumed flying, allowing them to land gently.

Fu Jinyu raised her head and looked at the continent high above. She had never expected that it would be possible to see its entire outline with the naked eye.

After landing, Xu Mu first used his perception to examine the surrounding area.

They were in a dense mountain forest. About two kilometers away stood a village with roughly thirty or forty households.

“This is still territory belonging to the Flood Dragon Clan.”

Nalan Shisan checked the map and then pointed in a direction. “The address they gave us is that way.”

“Let’s go there now.”

Xu Mu headed in that direction. It happened to be toward the village.

The three of them had not gone far before arriving at the village.

Xu Mu’s senses took in the entire village at a glance.

He couldn’t help but smile. This inner realm really was interesting.

“Everyone, the area for hundreds of miles is nothing but barren mountains, and it’s getting late. Why not stay here for the night?”

They had just arrived near the village when a beautiful woman in an ancient-style dress invited them with a smile from in front of a large house at the village entrance.
