Setting Sail Tomorrow

The moment Su Bai put down his phone, there was no further word from Mr. Zhang.

Arranging a boat at short notice—and for a Saturday outing, no less—was certainly more troublesome than usual.

Especially since the yacht Su Bai had his eye on was an over-eighty-foot luxury vessel, not some ordinary sightseeing boat on the river.

The crew had to be rescheduled, the water-sports equipment had to be brought over from the warehouse, and the kitchen, freezers, and deep-sea fishing area all needed to be thoroughly inspected.

“Junior, are we really going to the seaside tomorrow?”

Mr. Zhang also sent over a carefully organized itinerary.

Land in Binhai at around 10:00.

Arrive at the port at 10:40.

The crew would board and stand by, and the yacht would be ready to depart as soon as the supplies had been loaded.

Mr. Zhang had even compiled detailed information on the weather, sea conditions, port location, and nearby waters suitable for cruising.

Su Bai scrolled through the materials and nodded in satisfaction.

Mr. Zhang really was efficient.

Su Bai had only mentioned that he wanted to take a yacht out the next day, yet in less than an hour, the man had not only arranged the vessel but also taken care of the itinerary and transportation.

That was the kind of efficiency expected in major business dealings.

Su Bai immediately made a video call.

It was answered almost at once.

On the screen, Mr. Zhang was standing beside the harbor.

Night had already fallen. The dock behind him was brightly lit, and a large deep-blue yacht sat quietly at its berth.

Its lines were sleek, its deck spacious, and the lights along the flybridge had already come on, giving the vessel an especially stylish look against the night sky.

“President Su.”

The moment Mr. Zhang answered, a smile spread across his face.

“Take a look. This is the yacht I’ve arranged for you tomorrow.”

He turned the camera and slowly filmed the yacht from one end to the other.

There were lounge chairs and small tables on the foredeck. The stern featured a spacious recreational area, with a dedicated station for deep-sea fishing beside it.

The cabin was spotless as well.

There were sofas, a dining table, a bar, and audiovisual equipment—everything one could want.

The galley was better equipped than that of many luxury apartments.

As he walked, Mr. Zhang continued introducing the yacht.

“This vessel is eighty-two feet long. It underwent a complete overhaul last year. The stabilizers, propulsion system, and night-navigation system are all in perfect working order.”

“Tomorrow, you’ll have two crew members, one captain, and one service attendant. I’ve also prepared deep-sea fishing equipment, a jet ski, paddleboards, and snorkeling gear.”

“The freezers and galley have already been inspected. If you’d like to bring your own ingredients, you can have someone deliver them directly after you land tomorrow.”

Looking at the yacht on the screen, Su Bai felt even more satisfied.

Now this was what a toy should be.

It wasn’t merely for taking a few photos and drinking a few glasses of wine.

They could go out to sea and enjoy the scenery, fish, cook, or simply spend a comfortable day on board with the people around them.

“Not bad,” Su Bai said. “When I arrive at the port tomorrow, can I board directly?”

“Yes.”

Mr. Zhang nodded hurriedly.

“After you land, the driver will be waiting at the exit with a sign bearing your name. Once you reach the port, the yacht will be ready to depart at any time.”

Mr. Zhang finally relaxed.

She had watched the entire conversation.

Her eyes had especially lit up when she saw the yacht’s spacious lounge area and the fishing station at the stern.

“This yacht looks even bigger than it did in the photos.”

“It’s all right,” Su Bai replied casually. “We’ll take a look tomorrow and try it out first.”

“Then come with us.”

“Let’s go together tomorrow.”

“I’m not going.”

“I get seasick.”

“I went on a boat once before. I felt awful after barely any time at sea. A yacht will probably rock even more.”

Su Bai thought about it.

But Chen Yusheng had never liked forcing herself to do things.

“I’m not bossing you around. I’m just reminding you.”

Zhou Jialu deliberately drew out her words from the side.

“Senior!”

Chen Yusheng’s face flushed bright red. She raised her hand, intending to pinch Zhou Jialu.

Laughing, Zhou Jialu dodged away, and the living room immediately became lively.
