Wake Up

Zhao Yunyun glanced at him charmingly.

"You're getting more and more dishonest. From a psychological perspective, something must be inflating your ego."

"Money certainly wouldn't make you swell up in front of me, because you know your worth isn't higher than mine."

They raced along and soon arrived at the hospital.

The inpatient department was still under lockdown after the events of the past few days.

Quite a few patients had chosen to transfer hospitals, so it looked deserted now.

Patients who hadn't transferred couldn't go out and move around for the time being. Daily necessities could only be delivered downstairs for staff to bring up.

Yan Dongxu had let Luo Yi know earlier that he would come over today.

Luo Yi had been waiting downstairs early.

The gatekeepers and nurses guarding downstairs let them register before going up after hearing it was them.

It was the familiar hospital room.

Luo Yi’s brother lay in bed showing no signs of waking up.

Sitting next to him was Aunt Xu, looking extremely haggard and in far worse mental condition than when they last saw her.

"Oh, Dongxu you came!" Aunt Xu stood up to greet them when she saw him.

Zhao Yunyun shook her head. "I won’t need to, but you can treat him. I’m sure Yan Dongxu would love to have dinner with you."
