Xu Lu's grumbling stomach agreed to accompany Du Sen for a meal as she was starving.

She noticed Du Sen was a bit unhappy.

The two of them gave off the impression that they were both stranded travelers.

So she figured they would have some common topics to talk about and having a meal together wouldn't be too awkward.

They found a restaurant, ordered some dishes, and sat by the window enjoying the night view outside.
