Qin Ran's Divine Soul avatar's strength was primarily related to the power of the Divine Soul residing in the Water Avatar. The stronger the Divine Soul, the stronger the avatar. After all, the water he used to create the Water Avatar couldn't always be elixir water; most of the time, he used ordinary water.
