Get a Massage Before Logging Off

Gathering troops took time, but at the very least, Ye Chuan could relax during this period. He hadn't put much effort into dealing with the Royal City anyway.

After clarifying the follow-up matters with Kaiaolen, Ye Chuan didn't want to stay any longer. He teleported right on the spot, his figure vanishing from the study along with a faint spatial ripple.

When he reappeared, he landed on the familiar flagstone path of Yisu Town.

"I'll get a package deal before logging off," Ye Chuan stretched lazily.

The air was filled with a faint floral fragrance and a sweet scent, completely different from the heavy atmosphere of the Miral Lord's Manor.

He familiarly turned into a quiet alley, at the end of which was the Succubus Parlor.

The moment he pushed the door open, a warm, aromatic scent wrapped in a soft breeze hit his face—

It was the soothing aroma of violet incense mixed with the warmth of sweet orange. Just breathing it in eased most of Ye Chuan's tense nerves.

"Ah, dear guest, you're here~" a charming female voice called out from inside.

Upon seeing Ye Chuan, the little succubus trotted right over. "Guest~ Guest~ What package would you like today?"

"Sophia, I want a really good massage today. Do you have any highly-skilled therapists?" Ye Chuan brushed against Sophia's modest chest; though she wasn't well-endowed, the bounce was still decent.

"We do, dear guest! Our Number One Ace!" Sophia said. "Just let us know if you have any requests! We will definitely satisfy you~"

"However... Number One is a bit expensive," the little succubus whispered.

Ye Chuan didn't even bat an eyelid. "Do I look like I'm short on money?"

With that, a gold coin appeared between his fingers, and he poked it directly against her chest.

The gold coin slipped down, and the little succubus caught it with a swift smack.

"It's yours." Ye Chuan's words made the little succubus's eyes light up instantly!

"I'll go get her right now!"

Saying so, the little succubus immediately ran off to call Number One.

Soon, a succubus wearing a light pink sheer dress walked over gracefully.

"This is the private room you usually frequent. The incense has been changed to a new violet floral dew, which will help you relax and rest well."

Ye Chuan familiarly sat on the bed and changed his clothes.

"Please lie down first, I'll go fetch the essential oils."

Nini backed out with a smile and returned shortly after carrying a small white jade tray. On the tray sat a bottle of transparent essential oil, its bottle engraved with exquisite patterns.

Ye Chuan lay on the massage bed, his limbs stretched out.

Nini walked to the edge of the bed. She first poured the essential oil into her palm, pressed her hands together, and rubbed them gently. Once her palms were warm and the oil had spread, she slowly placed her hands on Ye Chuan's shoulders and neck.

Her palms were soft and warm, and her fingertips carried a faint fragrant scent. The moment they touched his skin, Ye Chuan let out a soft groan of comfort.

An ace therapist indeed; she really had some skills.

"How is the pressure?" Nini kept her voice very low. Her words, carried by a subtle breath, brushed past Ye Chuan's ear—it tickled, but wasn't annoying.

Her nimble fingers kneaded Ye Chuan's shoulders and neck. The pressure went from light to heavy, accurately pressing on the stiff muscle knots. It wasn't painful enough to make him frown, yet it perfectly melted away the tightness in his muscles.

"Mhm, just right," Ye Chuan closed his eyes.

Nini's massage technique was extremely proficient. Her fingertips slid down along the lines of his shoulders and neck, grazing every inch of skin on his back.

She leaned forward slightly, her movements dignified. The occasional inadvertent touches were just right, feeling not at all frivolous, but rather exuding a natural intimacy.

Nini was no longer in the room. There was only a cup of warm floral tea left on the bedside table, with a small sticky note attached to the rim:

Ye Chuan sat up and stretched lazily. The muscles all over his body loosened up without the slightest soreness. He only felt refreshed and invigorated.

It felt pretty damn good.
