Han So-yeon shyly snuggled into Su Yang's arms. She had been wide awake after her half-hour run, but now her head was spinning again.

She didn't even know when they had ended up in the bedroom's bathroom.

When she snapped out of it, she asked, a bit bewildered, "Why are we in the bathroom?"

"Aren't you going to take a shower?"

"Shh! Don't talk." Su Yang smiled and walked over to the bathtub, turning on the water.

Han So-yeon sat on the toilet, staring at the tub without moving.

From Peninsula Hotel to Binjiang Mansion wasn't far — only a river between them. About ten-plus minutes later, Su Yang drove up to the Phase Three sales office.

Phases One and Two were already completely sold out. Phase Three had opened with 212 units across four buildings. The main layouts were the T12 and T15 four-bedroom units, ranging from 240 to 356 square meters.

The buying process doesn't need to be detailed step by step. In the end, Su Yang paid just over 90 million RMB in full for a 356-square-meter riverfront luxury unit on the 17th floor of Building T15.
